Objective To refine the endometrial window of implantation (WOI) transcriptomic signature by defining new subsignatures associated to live birth and biochemical pregnancy. Design Retrospective cohort study. Setting University-affiliated in vitro fertilization clinic and reproductive genetics laboratory.
